Buchanan Singer special built 1950s by ? on Singer tourer chassis with SM mechanicals. According to the owner, who bought it in Adelaide in 1972, it was awful to drive as the front end geometry was wrong. In 1987 the chassis and mechanicals were used in a HRG replica. A ladder chassis was built to fit the body using Holden Torana suspension. In storage for 25 years. Owned John Beare, SA Buchanan Pontiac Singer special built 1950s by ? in NSW on Singer chassis with Pontiac V8 engine. Coupe style body with steel roof grafted on. Without cutaway wheelarches at the front. One of six bodies built this way. Owned by David Day, SA. Now on MGB chassis
